Shipping Guidlines: Accessories that are purchased from our web site will be shipped within 24 hours
of your order. We use UPS and we typically ship ground which
takes 5 to 9 business days (If you (the customer) needs it faster specify and
we will make arrangments. At this time we do not ship beverages to FPOs or internationally.
If you do place an order for beverages to an FPO or International location your order will
be canceled and your credit card will not be charged.
Wine may be held for pick up or pick up by a person or company designated by you. If you need to purchase shipping boxes we have them for sale.
All wine accessory shipments are insured. For people
that need purchased wine held at our store there is no time limit or extra charge.
Your wine is stored in our cool dark and humid storage room and has our storage
gaurantee or your money will be refunded. Accessories will be shipped within
24 hours of your order including any non-alcoholic drink mixers and will arrive
between 5 to 9 days depending on location.
Non Alcoholic drink mixers are shipped in the approved shipping boxes but the
price of the boxes are included in the shipping and handling price. We use UPS
Ground shipping. If needed faster just let us know in the comments
field of the payment page. There will be a higher shipping charge to upgrade
your shipping speed. We will let you know the price of the shipping upgrade
by email before adding to the shipping charge for your approval.
Accessories shipped are guaranteed against damage and if not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 10 days and you will receive a full refund after the item is returned to S&S Liquors. We want your experience with us to be a happy one.
