Occasionally, we will sell out of an item due to the vast inventory and high volume our business has. We update our site on a daily basis but vintage changes and out of stock situations are subject to change without notice. We will not charge your credit card until we have spoken to you about a vintage change or a backorder situation. Same with accessories. If it is not the same as the website describes or is out of stock we will not charge your credit card unless we have spoken to you directly or by email. After wine has been bought and picked up by you or someone assigned by youself we are released of any responsibility if that wine is shipped, damaged or lost
